Partner Website Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Memory Bright collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through the Partner website and related business communications.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Who we are and what this notice covers

Jamato, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Memory Bright (“Memory Bright,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Partner website at partner.mymemorybright.com. This notice applies to this website, its business inquiry and demonstration forms, and related Partner communications. It is intended for representatives of care organizations, prospective partners, vendors, and other business visitors.

This notice does not replace the privacy policy that applies to the Memory Bright consumer website or application. A pilot agreement, services agreement, business associate agreement, data processing addendum, or other written contract may establish additional or different terms for a Partner organization’s use of Memory Bright products or services. If a written agreement conflicts with this notice for contracted services, the written agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

At a glance

The public website is not designed to receive medical records, protected health information, resident or client records, or other highly sensitive care information. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you; from your organization or colleagues; automatically from your browser, device, and interaction with the website; from service providers that help us operate the website and communications; and from lawful public or professional sources when reasonably necessary for business development, security, or verification.

How we use information

We do not use information submitted through the Partner website to make medical decisions or diagnose a person. Legal bases where applicable

If European Union or United Kingdom privacy law applies, our legal bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract; performing a contract; legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, maintaining security, providing support, and improving services in a proportionate manner; complying with legal obligations; and consent where required for optional marketing, nonessential tracking, or particular sensitive information. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Partner website may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary to deliver pages, remember preferences, maintain security, and prevent misuse. If nonessential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, Memory Bright will update this notice and provide choices or consent mechanisms where required. Browser settings may allow you to refuse or delete cookies, although some functions may not work as intended.

How we disclose information

  • Service providers that host, secure, maintain, analyze, or support the website; deliver forms, email, or communications; provide customer relationship management or scheduling tools; or perform professional services for us.
  • Your organization or its authorized representatives when the communication concerns that organization and disclosure is appropriate.
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of our services.
  • A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, subject to applicable law.
  • Other parties when you direct or authorize the disclosure.

Service providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Memory Bright or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and contract. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-party forms, links, and services

The Partner inquiry form may use a third-party form-delivery provider to transmit submissions to Memory Bright. The website may also link to the Memory Bright consumer website, product demonstrations, applications, social-media pages, and third-party resources. Those destinations may have their own privacy practices and terms. Memory Bright does not control and is not responsible for third-party privacy, security, availability, or content.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission, website, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been submitted or accessed improperly, contact us promptly.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to inquiries, managing current or prospective business relationships, maintaining security and business records, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary with the type of information, the relationship, legal requirements, and whether a longer period is reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Information may remain in protected backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may unsubscribe from optional marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your personal information; access or receive a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; delete information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Memory Bright does not retaliate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Submit a request to support@mymemorybright.com or by mail to the address below. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify relevant records. We may verify identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal an adverse decision within the period stated in our response by using the same contact information and identifying the request being appealed.

California privacy notice

This section supplements the remainder of this notice for California residents. During the preceding 12 months, depending on the person’s interaction with us, Memory Bright may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; personal information described in California Civil Code section 1798.80; commercial or business-relationship information; internet or other electronic network activity; professional or employment-related information; approximate geolocation derived from an IP address; audio or visual information supplied during communications or demonstrations; and inferences drawn from business interests or interactions. Memory Bright does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the public Partner website for purposes requiring a right to limit its use or disclosure.

We collect these categories from the sources and for the purposes described above. We may disclose them for business purposes to service providers, contractors, professional advisers, your organization, authorities, transaction participants, and other parties you authorize. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Subject to verification and legal exceptions, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; the categories of sources, purposes, and recipients; correction; deletion; and information about sale or sharing. Because Memory Bright does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no need to opt out of those practices. California law may permit us to retain or use information to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, maintain security, debug, exercise legal rights, comply with law, conduct certain research, or make other internal and lawful uses compatible with the context in which it was provided.
